Careers

There is an on-going programme of careers education at Pensby, organised by the Head of Careers; this includes formal lessons as well as outside speakers. In addition to this, Connexions Careers Advisers are in school regularly to assist pupils and to give career interviews to all girls in their final year. Appointments may also be made by parents to see the Careers Adviser at school or at their West Kirby Office about their daughter's future.

The school organises a Careers Convention every other year to which advisers from all career areas are invited to help and advise pupils and parents. A period of work experience is arranged for Year 10 and Year 12 pupils.
