"BOB" - Build Our Business 2008

BOB - Build Our Business started on Wednesday 5th November for the second year running. It was for any Year 9 pupil with any interest in running their own business.

The pupils worked with young enterprise and business representatives to develop and create their idea. It finished with a business fair and a final presentation to the judges.

Prizes were available for enterprising pupils as well as success and creativity.

It took place every Wednesday lunchtime for ten weeks. The pupils worked in our brand new Business Suite C7 in our new block. All pupils who took part did so on an entirely voluntary basis but the experience gained and skills acquired were invaluable to them.

Last year was a brilliant success and all pupils had a great time whilst learning excellent skills to help them in the future when going out to look for a job or make their way in the world.
