PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) and Citizenship. This is under the direction of the PSHE Coordinator. The general aims are to prepare the pupils for adult life, to develop qualities of tolerance and responsibility and to foster self-awareness. Pupils have an hours lesson a week in form groups with their form tutors.

The programme also draws upon the expertise and knowledge of many outside speakers. Modules may include relationships, sex education, drugs education, study skills, friendships, citizenship etc. Much of the new syllabus for Citizenship will be delivered through PSHE.
