Pupils' Progress

Pensby High School for Girls

All pupils' progress is monitored continuously; if the school feels that there may be problems then contact will be made so that we can work together to solve them.

You are welcome to contact the school at any time should you wish to discuss your daughter's progress or a problem that has arisen.

Please ring the school for an appointment. Your first point of contact in this instance will be the appropriate Head of Year. Of course, the Assistant and Deputy Headteachers with responsibility for pastoral care and the Headteacher are also available for interview by appointment.

In addition there will be a parents' consultation evening for each year group on an annual basis. At this meeting you will be able to talk to all the teachers who are involved with your daughter's education. We also organise information meetings as the need arises on matters such as the National Curriculum and Options.

Please note - parents should also ring into school on the first day of their daughter's absence before 9.30am on the special number 0151 648 9065.
