Special Needs

This is under the direction of the S.E.N. (Special Educational Needs) Coordinator. Some pupils may have learning difficulties in some or all subject areas. These may be short term and specific or longer term and more general.

The Coordinator is responsible for liaising with faculties, the pastoral team and Local Authority agencies to ensure that these needs are met in a way most suitable for the individual pupil in accordance with the Special Needs Code of Practice.
