Money / Valuables

Pensby High School for Girls

In their own interests pupils should not bring to school anything of value into school.

Watches and other valuables can only be left with the P.E. staff during P.E. lessons.

Secure lockers are available in the PE Department.

Please encourage your daughter/ward to bring only a limited amount of money to school to cover bus fares and lunch.

Under no circumstances should money be left in coat pockets, desks etc. it should be kept in a purse or zipped blazer pocket.

Pupils are also provided with lockers. Personal items are not covered by insurance.

Mobile phones and MP3 players/ipods can only be used during break and lunchtime.  At all other times they should be turned off and kept somewhere safe.

If we keep tp these guidelines we will avoid some possible upsets by minimising the losses that do occasionally occur.
